Chances are you'll start to see other people who's routines are similar to yours. Next thing you know you're selling the barista's house and she just referred her best friend to you too. Worth it.
Your time is valuable and so are clients. Coffee is something that can be had when you're on a time constraint. Taking them to lunch or dinner or even late night drinks can easily last hours. Coffee is easy to ask if they have 30 mins to spare with you to catch up. Take this time to talk about anything other than real estate and make sure to buy their coffee! Invest in your clients. You'll be glad you did.
