Coco Plum Beach’s central location (both in regards to downtown Marathon and the Florida Keys as a whole) makes the homes for sale extremely desirable. Large lot sizes, generous driveway and front yard space, and private water access are just some of the aspects that make Coco Plum Beach real estate appealing to many. There are also options to rent out your home on a weekly basis (should you not be there all year round), but the rules and regulations of doing so are subject to Marathon laws. Contact an agent at The New Home Spot for more information.

In terms of architecture, the homes in Coco Plum Beach are generally built in a sunny, beachy Florida style, often in white or pastel colors. Many of the single-family beach houses are built on stilts or utilize archways, incorporating drive-under garages into the design. Wrap-around porches, gates, and exterior stairs leading up to the elevated first level are other common features.
