In January 2016 we decided to take a trip from New Jersey to Fort Myers area on a fact finding mission to decide if this was for us. I looked on line at a few homes and new developments and contacted the realtor on one of the listings. He contacted me and I told him the dates we would be there and what we were interested in seeing. He told me he would have an associate get in touch. I received a call from Lisa Baez a few days later and we talked about what I was interested in and made an appointment to see homes the day after we arrived. She emailed me with an itinerary and we made plans to meet at her office. And then the magic began! I can't say enough about her professionalism, knowledge of the area, and her aboundant enthusiasm for real estate sales. We spent the day with her and saw many properties. We zeroed in on an area we liked and went back to the hotel to digest and get together with family we have in the area. We spent the next day looking at properties in the Sarasota area called Lisa on the way home and asked if it would be possible to see the model at Sandoval in Cape Coral again the next morning. We met for coffee and discussed, and discussed. We ending up purchasing a home there and with Lisa's help will be moving into our new home in July. She as followed us thru the hectic sale of our home in NJ, and provided tons of info etc. I had to fly down to choose everything for our build and Lisa picked me up at the airport, took me to the model again for measurements and the next day and accompanyed me to the design center! Above and beyond what she needed to do. That's Lisa in a nutshell "above and beyond" ! We now have a realtor and a friend for life.

It's a pretty scary thing to want to purchase a home in another state. You have friends there, but no one knows of a good real estate agents. So you join a FB page to see what's happening down there. Allen Steinhart made a comment about one of the properties we were interested in seeing. I took a chance and asked if he could be our agent. Might big chance with no referrals from people we know. The chance was well worth it. He called us, we discussed what we wanted and over the course of a few days, he was supplying us with listings and also reviewed the list of homes we found. We discussed all of the options. We flew down and in one day we narrowed it down to one particular house. He did what he said he would do and got us our house at the price we wanted. He made sure we were aware of what was going to take place from that point forward. Any questions, concerns were easily handled by Allen. We found Angela Mitchell's name on Zillow when we were looking for a winter vacation home in Florida. The moment we began our telephone conversation I knew she was a dynamic, real go-getter who would work hard to find a rental property for us. I have bought two properties with Angie's help and sold another. She found and showed me A LOT of properties in a few different neighborhoods in Orlando before I was able to make my decisions. After I described what I wanted to Jacob Meyer, I don't think it took him more then a day or two to get back to me with a list of condos to look at, we didn't find anything on our first trip out. This was our first home purchase and had no idea how the process worked, therefore we had lots of questions and inquiries. Joe Garretto will answer every e-mail, text, or phone call (or et back to you in a timely manner) with kindness and professionalism. 

He e-mailed us an itinerary type of document so we knew what to expect from day one, all the way up to the closing. He added estimated costs for what we may occur and explained why we needed the service i.e., inspection, appraisals.
